Nowadays it seems impossible to live without stress! We are tormented by work-related issues, family issues, ill-health, financial issues and even by some trivial matters. There are people who get depressed when the exam days arrives for their Kindergarten child. And if the child is in class 10, no words!! Debt, loss of job, unexpected final departure of dear and near, etc. etc. The situations that leads us to unbearable agony. Here are some tips to manage such situations!
1. Check your breathing pattern. Is it chest breathing or belly breathing. In both the cases, change the way you breathe!
2. Drink some water, slowly
3. Keep moving/walking! Motion creates emotions!! Raise your both hands up and look upwards, the pose of Meerabhai Chhanu lifting weights!
4. Move out of your room or home and watch for children playing or just the nature.....the leaves, flowers, flys, sqirrelss etc
5 Listen to a song or Sing a song if you love it. Get in wash room the and try a clown dance before the mirror
6. Try to rationally analyze the reasons for stress! Take a pen and paper write down the issue. Analyse it and look for solutions. You can write down even the most foolish ones. And beleive! He has created a solution also along with all the problems
7 Share your problem with any dear and near
8 And finally, do not hesitate to seek medical aid if necessary.
